Revision and Refund Policy
The administration acknowledges the urgencies of clients who either cancel or revise their orders. In accordance with the client specifications mentioned during purchase, the company will be liable for the delivery of the service within the time limit. If our service has failed to uphold its responsibilities towards you, our policy provides you the opportunity to seek a refund. As our business provides real academic support, we want to make sure 100% of the students are delighted!
Our satisfaction rate is high. But occasionally it might be mistaken and you could always go to our refund policy in these situations. We should like to mention that we can only give a complete refund in limited conditions. Let's take a look at the lists below where we offer the refunds:
● If anyhow no writer has been found for making your homework, you will get a 100% refund. (Note: It's an unusual circumstance, but it happens sometimes).
● You may not receive the entire refund if the writer is verified and if you wish to cancel your order.
● You may not receive any return from our side if our writer starts your task and over half of the remaining deadline has elapsed.
● At any chance, if there is a late delivery from our side, i.e., the deadline has passed and the client wants to cancel the order, you will get an appropriate amount of refund to compensate for the late delivery. The exact amount will be discussed with you personally. Note: The amount of refund will vary by homework.
● If the homework is not performed according to the instructions, or if the customer complains about the quality of our work and wishes to claim a refund, we will offer you multiple free revisions to fix such flaws on our side. In that scenario, you will not be eligible for a full refund.
● We deliver 100% grammatically accurate and plagiarism-free work. We will correct our error and send you again if you encounter any problems regarding these issues. In such cases, there would be no refund policy available.
*Note: In the event of double payment, the extra payments will be applied solely to the student's upcoming homework.
